Who is the shipping carrier and what are the options?

FedEx is the currently carrier for Galaday. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes; Galaday will not be accepting orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes. The services they provide are:

  • FedEx 5-7 Days Home (Residential Areas Only) - 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. 7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service days are from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • FedEx 5-7 Days Ground (Business Areas Only) - 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Services are from Monday to Friday.
  • 3 Day Express - Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 P.M. in 3 business days. Available to and from all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery is available Monday–Friday.
  • 2 Day - By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Available to and from all 50 U.S. states. Delivery to some areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 3 business days, depending on destination ZIP code. Services from Monday to Friday.
  • Standard Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses by 4:30 to rural areas. Available to and from the contiguous U.S. and selectively for Alaska and Hawaii. Available to and from selected areas of Alaska in 1 business day. Available from Hawaii in 1–2 business days. Services from Monday–Friday.
