What happens to my package if I’m not there to receive it?

FedEx is the current carrier for Galaday. If you or no one is at the shipping address to receive the package, it’s up to the FedEx driver who will decide if the package will be left at the door or not. If not, the driver will leave a note and try the following two or three working days before sending it back to the sender. It’s highly recommend that you keep track of the ship date and try to have someone there to receive the package. Once the package is returned back to Galaday because it could not be delivered, it is up to buyer to pay for shipping again for another delivery attempt.
