The tracking number shows that it has been delivered but I don't see it, what should I do?

FedEx will sometimes not leave the package by the front door since it might be too visible for theft. The package will sometimes be left at the side or perhaps even by the back door if accessible, please check around the house first. If you live in apartment complex, it’s also possible that it was left at the front office if no one is home at the time. For businesses, if the driver is unable to find the exact location in the building then the package might be at the front desk. If the package is nowhere to be found, we ask that you first please contact FedEx at 800-463-3339 and press “0” for a representative. FedEx may have more information on the location of the package. If confirmed lost by FedEx, please contact us and we’ll follow up with FedEx for the claim and reship another order to you.
